Testing Manager

Location: Fully remote

What you will do

• Lead and supervise Testing Specialists delivering complex enterprise software testing programs.
• Develop test strategies, methodologies, schedules, resources, test cycles, plans, objectives, and cases.
• Coordinate developmental, operational, system, functional, integration, regression, performance, stress, automated, acceptance, and Section 508 testing.
• Lead TEMP, DT&E, OTRR, OT&E, technical reviews, and acquisition lifecycle testing activities.
• Oversee requirements traceability, verification and validation, configuration control, defect management, and release-readiness assessments.
• Brief Government and program leadership on testing status, risks, defects, performance results, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) investigation required at proposal submission.
• At least five years of relevant experience supervising test specialists and managing complex software testing programs.
• Experience with system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, automated, and enterprise application testing.
• Experience creating test strategies, plans, methodologies, schedules, objectives, test cases, and automated test scripts.
• Experience working in Agile environments and knowledge of Systems Engineering, System Operations, DevOps, and DevSecOps integration.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority and the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DLA or other DoD BCAT programs and Enterprise Business Systems.
• Experience with DT&E, OTRR, OT&E, TEMP development, IPT/WIPT activities, and acquisition lifecycle testing.
• Experience testing ERP, API, COTS, GOTS, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, cloud, Microsoft, RPA, and AI platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow ATF, OATS, UiPath/RPA, Section 508, accessibility, security, and Information Assurance testing.
• Familiarity with DLA Digital Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Agile, DevSecOps, Microsoft Power Platform, and Power BI.
