Lead Product Manager (Healthcare AI)

Location: Lowell, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $129,500–$186,100 annual base pay, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy for AI-powered workforce management and healthcare scheduling.
• Build rapid AI prototypes with tools such as Cursor, Claude, Replit, and v0 to validate product concepts.
• Define model behavior, success criteria, edge cases, trust signals, and output-quality standards for scheduling intelligence.
• Partner with Engineering and Data on prompt design, model tradeoffs, evaluation pipelines, and delivery of AI-powered solutions.
• Engage customers and partners to identify scheduling pain points and translate them into product opportunities.
• Define AI-specific KPIs covering output quality, scheduling accuracy, time-to-value, and user trust.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering or managing SaaS applications in an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated experience building or shipping AI-powered products and hands-on AI prototyping.
• Technical fluency in prompt engineering, model tradeoffs, AI evaluation, and probabilistic system behavior.
• Experience using Cursor, Replit, v0, Claude, or equivalent prototyping tools.
• Strong communication, storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and influence without formal authority.

Nice to have

• Experience in workforce management, healthcare, or scheduling.
• Knowledge of acuity matching, certification requirements, compliance constraints, and union rules.
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures, LLM APIs, and AI/ML product design patterns.
• Experience defining evaluation frameworks for probabilistic AI systems.
