Location: New York, New York, United States; office-first model with on-site work required at least four days per week
Salary: $160,000–$190,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Network Expansion team.
- Act as the primary product liaison for the growth team and prioritize critical growth blockers.
- Translate business goals and complex operational requirements into roadmaps and technical specifications.
- Lead product discovery and delivery using data, experimentation, and user feedback.
- Oversee roadmap grooming, engineering cadences, continuous delivery, and end-to-end launches.
- Monitor performance metrics to improve reliability, scalability, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in a high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or consumer product environment.
- Understanding of how product decisions affect B2B sales pipelines, market expansion, and business outcomes.
- Experience managing high-volume, transaction-based systems in a hyper-growth environment.
- Ability to prioritize high-impact requests, challenge stakeholders, and preserve capacity for key growth drivers.
- Systems-thinking skills and the ability to translate ambiguous, cross-functional needs into clear product requirements.
- Experience using AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes.

- Experience with data schemas, ETL processes, and third-party integrations.
- Experience designing products that combine software, hardware, and physical operational processes.
