Customer Care and Sales Advisor I

What you will do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone or through ticketing systems.
• Handle billing, pricing, service disconnection, product changes, returns, exchanges, and service appointment scheduling.
• Resolve standard issues remotely or explain the steps customers need to take.
• Use active listening and fact-finding questions to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Sell and upsell products and services, negotiate household spend, enter orders accurately, and support customer retention.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales activity goals, follow approved scripts, and assist with special projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global products and services.
• Strong communication, active listening, patience, and professionalism.
• Ability to remain composed and empathetic in high-pressure customer interactions.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands, talk, and hear; lifting up to 10 pounds may be required.
