What you will do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone or through ticketing systems.
• Handle billing, pricing, service disconnection, product changes, returns, exchanges, and appointment scheduling.
• Resolve standard issues remotely or explain the steps customers need to take.
• Use active listening and telephone-based selling to identify needs, recommend solutions, retain customers, and upsell services.
• Enter orders accurately, follow approved communication scripts, and meet weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
• Support special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, active listening, patience, professionalism, and empathy in customer interactions.
• Ability to ask fact-finding questions, identify suitable solutions, and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
• Working knowledge of hirify.global products and services.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands, talk, and hear; may need to lift up to 10 pounds.
