Inside Sales Representative

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries and process incoming sales orders.
• Review orders to confirm customer needs are met and follow through on product or information delivery commitments.
• Sell products and services, including relevant add-on and upsell products.
• Suggest alternative products when requested items are unavailable.
• Prepare competitive quotations with branch personnel.
• Communicate order details accurately to customers and employees fulfilling the order.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Sales experience or relevant training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, and stoop regularly.
• Ability to continuously lift and carry 1–20 pounds and frequently lift and carry 21–50 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry 51–100 pounds with assistance or a mechanical device.
