Inside Sales Representative (Electrical Supply)

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries, close profitable sales orders, and process received orders.
• Review orders to ensure customer needs are met and follow through on product or information delivery commitments.
• Sell products and services, recommend add-on and upsell products, and suggest alternatives when requested products are unavailable.
• Prepare competitive quotations in collaboration with branch personnel.
• Communicate order information accurately to customers and employees fulfilling orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Sales experience or relevant training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping.
• Ability to continuously lift and carry 1–20 lbs, frequently lift and carry 21–50 lbs, and occasionally lift and carry 51–100 lbs with assistance or mechanical equipment.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, motor vehicle record review, criminal background check, reference check, and post-offer drug screen.
