What you will do

• Lead front-end analysis for complex NAV production work across multiple fund types.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in fund accounting, NAV production, private equity, and private markets operating models.
• Assess feasibility, operating-model implications, data quality, readiness, and downstream impacts before delivery begins.
• Define and document business requirements, solution intent, acceptance criteria, process models, use cases, and analytical artefacts.
• Translate between business stakeholders and engineers while identifying technical limitations, regulatory implications, and operational risks.
• Support cross-solution testing, adoption readiness, roadmap shaping, and product documentation.

Requirements

• Substantial experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements in financial services or asset servicing.
• 5+ years of experience with alternative investment fund services, including private equity or private markets structures, accounting, processes, and life cycles.
• Strong fund accounting and NAV knowledge, including valuations, capital activity, waterfall mechanics, and allocations.
• Experience translating requirements into solution intent and acceptance criteria, and producing process models, use cases, procedural guides, and scenarios.
• Strong analytical judgement and credibility with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Expert proficiency in Excel and Word.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Investran expertise.
• Experience with LemonEdge, Yardi, eFront, or Geneva.
• Deeper private markets or private equity knowledge, including NAV oversight, capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations.
• Exposure to AI-assisted analysis and discovery tooling.
• Experience with platform implementation, configuration, or migration projects.
