What you will do
- Partner with senior leaders and executives to advance strategic initiatives across growth, operational excellence, platform scalability, sales and distribution, and client experience.
- Develop analytical frameworks, business analyses, management reporting, and executive materials to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with perpetual fund investment teams on shared priorities and cross-platform initiatives.
- Execute cross-functional projects across investment, client coverage, operations, technology, and product teams.
- Evaluate and help adopt AI, automation, and scalable technology solutions to improve operations, sales capabilities, and client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or professional designation is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, financial services, management consulting, private markets, wealth management, corporate strategy, or operational transformation.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, driving projects, and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.
- Interest in private markets, wealth management, and platform innovation is strongly preferred.
