Senior Manager – Strategic Deal Insights & Process Excellence (AI Finance)

Location: London, United Kingdom; at least 3 days per week in the office required

What you will do

• Lead analysis of client incentive deal performance against business cases, targets, forecast volumes, revenues, and net profitability.
• Produce executive reporting and briefing materials for senior finance stakeholders and global decision-making forums.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation across deal structuring, management information workflows, reporting, and post-deal tracking.
• Own the deal management information database and standardise revenue allocations, reconciliations, data governance, and reporting methodologies.
• Lead European management information workstreams for global deal performance tracking and standardisation projects, including system integration and KPI validation.
• Partner with finance, operations, sales, commercial, technology, project, and vendor stakeholders to drive adoption of improved processes and insights.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Significant experience in deal modelling, valuations, commercial finance, complex quantitative analysis, and client or deal profitability.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, and Power BI; working knowledge of SQL and Python is beneficial.
• Proven experience applying AI tools to financial modelling, management information reporting, process improvement, data extraction, summarisation, or commercial agreement analysis.
• Experience with finance reporting tools and data repositories such as GARP, plus strong knowledge of payments or financial services.
• Senior-level project management, process improvement, stakeholder influence, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Power BI AI capabilities, low-code automation, or emerging AI use cases in deal modelling.
