What you will do

• Oversee general ledgers, supporting schedules, and accounting operations for private equity funds using Investran.
• Lead quarterly and annual financial statement preparation under IFRS, US GAAP, and ASPE.
• Direct NAV calculations, investor-level reporting, capital activity notices, management fee, and carried interest computations.
• Review reconciliations, investment transactions, valuations, property-level data, and fund-level performance metrics.
• Coordinate annual audit and tax processes with auditors, tax advisors, clients, and internal teams.
• Mentor associates, review their work, support professional development, and drive process and system improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in fund administration or audit.
• Strong understanding of private equity structures.
• Proficiency with Investran or other accounting software.
• Experience reviewing accountants’ work and supporting junior team members.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting designation preferred or in progress.
