Business Analyst for Veeva Network

What you will do

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops and interviews for Veeva Network, Vault, and Veeva CRM integrations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process workflows, and interface specifications.
• Support data cleansing, matching, and migration from legacy Master Data Management systems and Veeva CRM to Veeva Network.
• Validate business processes, prepare UAT scripts, and support testing and training materials.
• Advise business teams on strategy and technical requirements while resolving end-user issues and refining the backlog.
• Coordinate integration processes, linked initiatives, timelines, milestones, and SLC documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a pharmaceutical context.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, and Veeva Network.
• Experience with data migration, preferably from Master Data Management systems to Veeva platforms.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience creating functional specifications, process mappings, and UAT scripts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
