Sr. Business & Commercial Strategy Analyst (PEM)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; hybrid working setup

Salary: €68,720–€81,605 gross annual, plus a target 7.5% incentive plan bonus

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic and commercial initiatives across the Pan-European Markets region.
• Lead planning, coordination, governance, milestone tracking, and delivery of regional strategic projects.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, briefing materials, business plans, and commercial reviews.
• Analyze market, customer, consumer, competitor, and commercial performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate regional and country stakeholders, connect strategic priorities with execution, and support leadership decision-making.
• Use AI-enabled tools responsibly for analysis, research, presentations, project management, and productivity while protecting confidential information.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, business strategy, business insights, or a similar role.
• Experience with strategic analysis, cross-functional project management, and multi-market or international initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and recommendations.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, plus strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Confident use of AI-enabled tools, including validating outputs and applying data privacy, confidentiality, and responsible-use standards.
• Degree-level education or equivalent qualification in business, finance, management, economics, or a related discipline.
