(Senior) Strategic Planner (all genders) (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Plan key business metrics, including revenue, discounts, and contribution margin, across five-year, annual, monthly, and rolling 16-week planning cycles.
• Align annual budgets with Buying, Merchandise Planning, and Partner Management teams and track target achievement.
• Monitor trading performance, identify performance drivers, and produce accurate forecasts.
• Analyze KPI deviations and provide clear recommendations for corrective action.
• Partner with Pricing, Campaigns, and Marketing teams on commercial steering and prepare cross-team analyses and dashboards.
• Optimize and automate planning processes.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in planning, finance, controlling, or management consulting.
• Experience in a dynamic e-commerce or fashion environment is preferred.
• Good understanding of common performance metrics and excellent MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, ownership, entrepreneurial drive, and hands-on mentality.
• Very good German or English skills required.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL or Google Looker Studio.
