Senior Product Analyst, Order to Cash (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, California, United States; in-person onboarding is required.

Annual base salary: $128,000–$176,000 USD for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Equity, bonus, and benefits may also apply.

What you will do

• Own the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of NetSuite Order-to-Cash modules, including order management, accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate complex requirements from Billing, Collections, and Order Management teams into scalable functional specifications.
• Troubleshoot integrations and data flows across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora RevPro, Celigo, Avalara, AWS, and other peripheral systems.
• Improve dunning, collections, reconciliation, financial close, and deferred revenue processes while supporting SOX, SOC, and ASC 606 compliance.
• Build dashboards and actionable insights using SuiteAnalytics, Workbooks, and RevPro Analytics.
• Lead AI-powered automation initiatives for reconciliation, anomaly detection, exception handling, and productivity improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated Product Analyst or Business Analyst experience with hands-on NetSuite Order-to-Cash expertise across multiple modules.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, saved searches, and report building.
• Experience integrating Order-to-Cash processes with Salesforce CRM/CPQ, Celigo, Zuora RevPro, Avalara, and data warehouse platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial close, reconciliation, SOX controls, ASC 606, and audit documentation.
• Ability to own deliverables end to end, collaborate with development teams and stakeholders, and mentor or upskill colleagues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent industry experience.

Nice to have

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
• CSPO or CBAP certification.
• Experience with Boomi or similar iPaaS and middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS and AI-powered applications in finance or Order-to-Cash.
