Accounting Systems & Data Integration Analyst (Fintech)

Location: HQ - San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $110,000-$140,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus targets of 10% cash and 10% restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Support Jack Henry SilverLake, Enterprise Workflow, Synergy, Loan IQ, and related banking platforms.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain workflow and integration solutions between banking platforms and Finance systems.
• Support transaction-to-GL mapping, accounting data flows, data validation, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Gather requirements and coordinate interface development, system upgrades, testing, implementation, and production readiness.
• Support SOX, audit, regulatory, governance, risk management, control validation, and issue remediation activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues, maintain runbooks, and identify automation opportunities using tools such as Copilot and Claude.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience supporting system integrations, data interfaces, and enterprise application implementations in banking, financial services, or regulated environments.
• Strong experience with Jack Henry platforms and integrations supporting general ledger, deposits, loans, CIF, reporting, and downstream financial systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, SQL, file-based integrations, APIs, data mapping, and production support.
• Working knowledge of accounting and finance operations, reconciliations, loan and deposit processing, data controls, and transaction lifecycles.
• Experience with implementations, conversions, upgrades, SIT, UAT, integration testing, and production validation.
