Senior Lead Operations Analyst (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end supply-planning solutions, ensuring reliable planning processes, system outputs, and business workflows.
• Support business users, resolve functional and data issues, and guide effective use of the planning platform.
• Investigate supply-planning exceptions across master data, transactional data, transformation logic, configurations, and downstream calculations.
• Configure, enhance, and troubleshoot o9 supply-planning models, workflows, dashboards, and business logic.
• Design and maintain SQL- and Python-based data pipelines, transformations, analytical datasets, automation, and operational controls.
• Support solution delivery through impact assessment, design reviews, testing, deployment, hypercare, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, information systems, computer science, analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise supply-planning solutions, preferably in high-tech manufacturing, semiconductors, or complex supply-chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of supply-planning processes, master data, and manufacturing operations data.
• Hands-on experience with o9 mPower or similar advanced planning platforms, including configuration, enhancement, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouse transformation, data integration, data quality management, APIs, ETL/ELT, batch orchestration, monitoring, and incident management.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL, practical Python or R programming, requirements analysis, solution design, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint, and JIRA.
