Site Finance & Supply Chain Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Shape the financial and operational direction of the Colmar site as a member of the Site Leadership Team.
• Lead the Finance, Controlling, and Supply Chain functions and develop the team.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to support profitability and decision-making.
• Partner with Operations, Division, and Group stakeholders on financial performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee governance, internal controls, compliance, investment management, sourcing, and procurement activities.
• Contribute to strategic supply chain decisions and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; a master’s degree is advantageous.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial expertise combined with knowledge of operational, procurement, and supply chain processes.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership in an international, matrix-driven organization.
• Familiarity with Operational Excellence principles and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 standards.
• Fluency in French and English at C1 level or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• German language skills.
