Director of Fulfillment

Location: US, California; frequent, regular travel to grading centers is required

Salary: $165,000–$180,000 per year, with potential bonuses, commissions, or other compensation.

What you will do

• Lead on-site fulfillment and outbound logistics across all grading centers.
• Scale storage, sortation, shipping, staffing, workflow design, and technology support as volume grows.
• Own safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and service-level KPIs.
• Plan and coordinate production across multiple integrated departments and translate priorities into executable operating plans.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardize scalable processes, and reduce operational variability.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Grading Operations, Facilities, and Customer Support to improve technology, throughput, and service delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of operational and leadership experience as a general manager or operations director.
• Experience in light manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment centers, production, logistics, and quality operations.
• Proven ability to design and implement processes that improve consistency, speed, quality, and turnaround times.
• Experience leading managers and supervisors across multiple integrated departments.
• Data-driven, decisive, collaborative, and experienced in continuous improvement and change management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is validated through E-Verify.
