What you will do

• Establish and implement sourcing strategies for energy storage and energy conversion systems.
• Manage calls for tenders and lead RFP/RFQ processes.
• Lead contract negotiations and commercial agreements to optimize purchasing conditions and customer value.
• Monitor contracts across innovation, development, serial production, and support phases.
• Drive supplier performance across quality, logistics, support, and cost while managing supply chain risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to multifunctional teams across programs, supply chain, engineering, and customer services.

Requirements

• Professional experience in strategic procurement, complex tendering, or contract management.
• Expertise in commercial negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and financial analysis, including TCO and EBIT contribution.
• Experience defining sourcing strategies and leading tender processes.
• Ability to contribute to research and technology projects and mitigate supply chain risks in cross-functional environments.
• Negotiation-level English proficiency required.
