Project Manager (Product Stream)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; applications accepted from candidates based in Cyprus and outside Cyprus under a remote agreement, with relocation to Cyprus also possible.

What you will do

• Own delivery execution across the Product Stream from planning through release.
• Track timelines, risks, blockers, dependencies, milestones, and delivery quality across concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery workflows across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate communication and clarify ownership between business and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain delivery visibility through Jira, dashboards, reporting tools, and Confluence documentation.
• Improve delivery processes, reporting, automation, governance, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management or Delivery Management experience in a product software company.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional product development teams and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, particularly Scrum.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies.
• Experience improving delivery processes and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Delivery Predictability metrics.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Metabase.
