What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise procurement leaders across sourcing strategy, category management, procurement operations, organizational dynamics, and end-to-end processes.
• Drive adoption of Pactum across customer procurement organizations by influencing stakeholders and embedding autonomous procurement into daily operating models.
• Track usage and outcomes, translate them into measurable business impact, and develop executive-ready value narratives.
• Identify new use cases, adoption opportunities, process gaps, pain points, and resistance points through customer workshops and discovery sessions.
• Build data-backed business cases and help executives understand the transformation journey using their data and priorities.
• Provide customer feedback that shapes Pactum's product and go-to-market approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience, ideally including significant practitioner experience as a Buyer, Strategic Sourcing Manager, Category Manager, Procurement Operations professional, or procurement leader.
• Firsthand understanding of procurement processes, competing priorities, stakeholder dynamics, and organizational resistance to change.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, category management, supplier relationship management, and procurement operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and influence change across large, complex organizations, including executives and daily users.
• Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and create data-driven recommendations.
• Experience running workshops and discovery sessions that identify real customer pain points.
• Executive presence and ability to work with both VP-level procurement leaders and skeptical daily users.
• Strong organizational discipline for managing multiple accounts and priorities.
• Real SaaS experience, speed, and ability to drive growth, adoption, and change management in a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Procurement consulting experience combined with practitioner experience.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Jaggaer.
• Curiosity about how autonomous AI agents can transform procurement, combined with practical experience applying such change.
