Production Coordinator

Location: New York Design Office; onsite Monday through Thursday with remote work available on Fridays

Salary: $66,400–$106,200 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate daily production correspondence with vendors and suppliers.
• Manage purchase orders, logistics, and imports.
• Track OTS/WIP status, samples, submissions, approvals, and production milestones.
• Maintain accurate product data in the onePLM/OPA style management system.
• Prepare production discussions and reviews, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and monitor deadlines.
• Support style handoffs, sample room organization, sustainability initiatives, and customer review analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Office Suite.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor activities across business units in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, follow company policies, and complete assigned work on time.
