Production Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, generally working from the Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey office at least three days per week; travel and flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate logistics for large-scale events and remote productions, including schedules, equipment, shipping, production materials, and certificates of insurance.
• Support Production and Technical Managers in executing production plans and meeting technical, operational, and logistical requirements.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for production teams and talent, and pack, ship, and track equipment and materials.
• Support budgets, production actuals, expense reports, invoices, and confidential financial documentation.
• Coordinate communication among production teams, vendors, talent, and internal departments while helping resolve operational issues.
• Maintain production documentation, checklists, technology workflows, and equipment requirements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in production coordination, production operations, or a related role.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, according to production schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Communications, Media Studies, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large-scale events, live productions, or remote productions.
• Familiarity with production management tools, production technology, and equipment workflows.
• Experience with Concur, SNAP, or SAP.
• Experience solving logistical challenges under tight timelines.
