HR Operations Specialist

Location: Must be based in Egypt, Morocco, Jordan, or Tunisia

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees, managing day-to-day HR and employment-related queries via a ticketing system.
• Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including contract amendments, renewals, and documentation requests.
• Process expense requests and ensure all employee records are accurate and compliant within HRIS systems.
• Identify operational trends and contribute to process improvements to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Legal, and Employee Experience to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Experience, or employee lifecycle management.
• Must be able to read Arabic; strong Arabic communication skills are a significant advantage.
• Experience with employment operations and HR documentation in international contexts.
• Proficiency in HRIS, ticketing systems, and collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Must be based in Egypt, Morocco, Jordan, or Tunisia.

Nice to have

• Experience working with at least one GCC country.
