Senior HR Operations Specialist

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote each week

What you will do

• Analyze HR processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, service gaps, and recurring issues.
• Drive continuous improvement across onboarding, employee changes, mobility, compensation updates, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, governance controls, and operational playbooks.
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Shared Services teams to optimize workflows and HR service delivery.
• Support enhancements to Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and related HR technologies.
• Monitor service metrics, conduct data audits, and provide insights to HR leadership.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS, or a related HR function within a global organization.
• Experience driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, workflow optimization, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and service delivery models.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors, and case management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.

• Reporting and analytics experience using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting automation, system enhancements, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR operational governance, quality assurance, and service delivery metrics.
