Senior Associate, Business Finance (AdTech)

What you will do

• Partner with product, revenue, and operations teams on business finance and commercial decisions.
• Support monthly accruals, revenue files, planning cycles, and revenue and cost forecasting.
• Analyze financial trends and variances, recommending actionable interventions.
• Review contracts, evaluate deal structures, prepare deal-level P&L templates, and run scenario analyses.
• Reconcile records, contracts, and actuals while checking pricing and margin guideline adherence.
• Automate reporting, data validation, dashboards, and manual finance workflows using AI and low-code tools.

Requirements

• CA qualification or an MBA in Finance from a reputed Tier 1 institute.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or commercial finance.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with comfort working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, and AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Notion AI.
• Sharp analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable operating in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or SQL.
