Finance Business Partner (AdTech)

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid role

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year, plus an annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Partner with leadership and department heads on financial analysis, business insight, and decision support.
• Track, analyze, and forecast business and financial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead quarterly forecasting and budget planning with leadership and department leaders.
• Support pricing decisions, deal reviews, and investment cases through financial modeling.
• Improve forecasting, reporting, and business partnering processes.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, management consulting, public markets investing, or equity research.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to turn numbers into clear narratives.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with SQL, large data models, and performance frameworks.
• Experience managing P&Ls, forecasts, and headcount plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with executive leadership.
• Collaborative, adaptable, commercially minded, and motivated to improve finance processes.
