What you will do
- Map value streams, identify bottlenecks, and improve Lean delivery processes across development squads.
- Collect, analyze, and present flow metrics including cycle time, lead time, throughput, WIP, and work item flow efficiency.
- Coach and mentor squads on Lean, XP, Agile, continuous delivery, and self-organization.
- Help resolve external blockers, technical issues, dependencies, and major delivery risks across multiple squads.
- Support Product Owners with backlog prioritization, roadmaps, delivery feasibility, and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate department events and contribute to the Flow Engineering and Product Owner chapters.
Requirements
- Detailed experience with Agile frameworks such as Kanban, XP, Lean, and Scrum.
- At least 3 years of experience in a dedicated delivery role, such as Product Owner, Flow Enablement Lead, or Scrum Master.
- Proven ability to interpret flow metrics, identify improvement areas, and coach accountability.
- Knowledge of architecture, SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience with Jira, Miro, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience supporting complex live solutions, including incident, problem, and major incident management, plus project and portfolio delivery.
