Procurement Manager Specialist (Indirect Services)

What you will do

• Develop category and sourcing plans for indirect services, including transportation, recruitment, and general services.
• Manage high-risk and high-spend supplier relationships within global procurement frameworks.
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to optimize value and reduce procurement risk.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage the full contract lifecycle.
• Identify supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, and support operational continuity.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders with procurement strategies and track performance through KPIs.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, International Commerce, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience with procurement processes, especially indirect categories.
• Understanding of supply chains in a manufacturing environment and experience contributing to supply chain or productivity projects.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP; Coupa knowledge is an advantage.
• Advanced written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills are required.

• APICS certification.
• Experience with Coupa.
