Sourcing Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Monterrey, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Analyze spend and conduct detailed supply market analysis.
• Track sourcing and supplier performance results.
• Partner with project leads and managers on material cost reduction projects.
• Develop, document, and maintain common supply management processes.
• Support supply management software and systems and become a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, strategic sourcing, procurement, or operations, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and use logic and reasoning to solve problems.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across the organization and with suppliers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with JDE or MRP systems.
• Experience with Sievo.
