Senior Software Engineer, Platform (AI Portal)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD, and developer tooling across development, staging, and production.
• Own RBAC and IAM across cloud infrastructure and application layers for a multi-tenant Portal environment.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes-based deployment workflows.
• Develop internal tools and observability capabilities that improve developer productivity, performance, and reliability.
• Participate in support and on-call rotations, respond to incidents, and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Apply security and networking practices and coach application developers on platform best practices.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, ideally Azure, and production Terraform/IaC.
• Strong knowledge of RBAC and IAM at the cloud and infrastructure level; application-level IAM or multi-tenancy experience is valuable.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes deployment workflows.
• Practical security and networking fundamentals, plus experience participating in a support or on-call rotation.
• Strong communication skills, a product mindset, and the ability to work autonomously and coach application developers.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple cloud providers or cross-cloud IAM across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Background in developer experience or internal tooling.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth engineering environment.
• Security certifications.
