Member of Technical Staff - Platform (Azure)

What you will do

• Architect, implement, and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure supporting rapid product growth.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for backend, frontend, and data services.
• Develop product-wide logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and on-call systems.
• Prepare infrastructure for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits and support security and compliance readiness.
• Monitor cloud costs and drive optimization without compromising performance or reliability.
• Advocate for operational excellence across engineering.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant experience, including infrastructure ownership from architecture through production support.
• Experience with Azure, Terraform, AKS/Kubernetes, Docker, and GitHub Actions; AWS experience is beneficial.
• Experience implementing observability frameworks for logging, metrics, and tracing.
• Knowledge of secrets management, security scanning, networking, databases, storage, and production reliability.
• Strong Python or Bash scripting skills for automation and tooling.
• Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR compliance processes and experience improving infrastructure cost efficiency.
