Account Executive (Media Sales)

Location: Hybrid position based at the hirify.global Telemundo location in Centennial, Colorado, with at least four days per week in the office.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 base salary per year, plus sales incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Sell linear, digital, OTT, and streaming advertising solutions across Telemundo Colorado, NBCU Local, Peacock, and NBC/Telemundo Full Episode Player.
• Develop new business, close revenue opportunities, and build relationships with agencies, media buyers, planners, brand managers, and local clients.
• Create targeted, consultative marketing solutions using audience, behavioral, demographic, geographic, and industry research.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline, revenue forecasting, proposals, client implementation, and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage major events such as the World Cup, Super Bowl, and Olympics in advertising solutions.
• Collaborate with NBCU Local sales teams and participate in relevant marketing and advertising events.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of business development and media sales experience, including at least 2 years of digital media sales experience.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas through creative advertising solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be willing to work at the Telemundo location in Centennial and work in the office at least four days per week.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States, a valid U.S. driver’s license, vehicle insurance, registration, access to a vehicle, and an excellent driving history are required.

• Degree in marketing, business, or communications.

• Experience selling OTT or CTV advertising solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, and time-management skills.
