Associate Director, eCOA Technologies

Location: Remote within the EU; occasional travel may be required. Nottingham, United Kingdom is listed as the role location. This role is not eligible for UK visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Define and validate scope, timelines, success metrics, and delivery plans for complex eCOA implementations.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of project managers, with up to 10 direct reports.
• Handle project and team escalations, portfolio reporting, and leadership updates.
• Support account leadership, client deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Lead process improvement, SOP development, change management, training coordination, and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management experience and demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and cross-functional teams.
• Approximately 5+ years of direct people management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint, Teams, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to work remotely within the EU; UK visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical technology or eCOA project management.
• Familiarity with IRT or eConsent platforms.
