Labor Relations Consultant Program Manager

Location: Remote; Scottsdale, Arizona

hirify.global is partnering with a healthcare industry organization to establish and develop its Labor Relations function.

What you will do

• Lead labor relations initiatives, implementation roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Establish project governance, accountability mechanisms, steering committees, working sessions, and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop executive dashboards, status reports, Power BI reporting, workforce analytics, and decision-support materials.
• Analyze workforce trends, employee engagement signals, labor activity, organizational risks, and leading indicators across offices, states, business units, and employee populations.
• Coordinate labor readiness, union preparedness, leadership training, manager education, change management, and communications initiatives.
• Document operating models, procedures, playbooks, workflows, knowledge resources, and transition plans for the permanent Labor Relations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Public Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in labor relations, employee relations, workforce transformation, labor compliance, collective bargaining, union preparedness, or related initiatives.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards or comparable business intelligence and reporting solutions.
• Strong project planning, program implementation, governance, risk management, issue management, stakeholder engagement, and data analytics skills.
• Experience coordinating labor readiness or union preparedness initiatives, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, project management tools, and data visualization or business intelligence platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, behavioral health, or another highly regulated or workforce-intensive industry.
• Experience supporting executive governance, steering committees, and large-scale organizational change initiatives.
