Finance Transformation Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own Finance requirements for the leasing and billing platform, including securitisation reporting, accounting treatment, and operational finance.
• Translate complex finance processes into clear, testable requirements for engineering and product teams.
• Design and build finance processes end to end, then hand them over for reliable operation.
• Identify and remove manual work across Financial Operations, Financial Control, FP&A, Credit, and Capital Markets.
• Lead the practical deployment of AI, including Claude Enterprise, to automate repetitive finance tasks.
• Collaborate across Finance, Data, Product, and Operations while supporting AI and data literacy in Finance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, finance transformation, finance systems, or finance-technology advisory, with accountability for delivery.
• Experience shaping, implementing, or advising on systems connecting billing, accounting, reporting, and operational finance.
• Ability to understand how data moves from a contract through to a report or regulatory return.
• Consulting or internal-consulting background with strong independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate finance needs into requirements that technology and product teams can build.

Nice to have

• In-house experience in a fast-moving scale-up or similarly autonomous environment.
• Exposure to financial services, energy, leasing, billing, securitisation, or complex operational systems.
• Experience with finance process improvement, workflow automation, data analytics, SQL, or low-code automation.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve real processes.
• Experience building processes and operating models rather than only producing recommendations.
