What you will do

• Support the legal affairs and corporate governance of hirify.global N.V., a Dutch company listed on Euronext Paris, including Annual General Meetings and corporate housekeeping.
• Advise on corporate and securities law compliance, market abuse, insider trading, regulated disclosures, delegations of authority, annual reporting, and shareholder communications.
• Participate in subsidiary governance, corporate reorganizations, equity and debt offerings, incentive plans, employee shareholding programmes, and share buybacks.
• Provide legal support for payment services, electronic money, acquiring, distribution, card schemes, and related agreements with banks, processors, and payment service providers.
• Assess new products, customer journeys, fund-flow structures, and business models against applicable financial services regulation, including PSD3, PSR, and DORA.
• Support financing and treasury activities, including credit facilities, bond issuances, commercial paper, cash pooling, financial guarantees, and banking documentation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Law, Corporate Law, Banking and Finance Law, Financial Regulation, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an international law firm, listed company, financial institution, fintech, electronic money institution, or another regulated environment.
• Strong experience in corporate and securities law, with meaningful experience or exposure to payment services, financing, or treasury matters.
• Experience supporting cross-border projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken and written English and French.
• Strong analytical, drafting, communication, integrity, ethics, and business-oriented problem-solving skills.
