is a fast-growing robotics startup developing commercially scalable and safe robots, including the HMND-01 Alpha platform running in industrial pilots.
What you will do
- Own day-to-day investor relations, communications cadence, investor updates, and relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Prepare board materials, capitalization reporting, governance records, and investor-facing disclosures in partnership with Finance and Legal.
- Manage the cap table and equity-related processes, including option grants and RSUs.
- Support equity fundraising rounds through pitch decks, investment memos, financial narratives, data-room management, and investor diligence.
- Build scalable investor-relations processes, reporting cadences, and IR/cap-table tooling.
- Track investor sentiment, comparable companies, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Significant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a closely related field, ideally in a high-growth or newly public company.
- Experience managing investor relationships and preparing board materials, investor updates, and capitalization reports.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting equity fundraising, including pitch decks, investment memos, and diligence processes.
- Experience in a venture-backed startup or scale-up, ideally in hardware, robotics, deep tech, or manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Professional qualification such as CFA or IR Society accreditation.
- Exposure to IPO readiness or public-company investor relations.
