Senior FP&A Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Helsinki, Finland

hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud spanning data centers, hardware, and a cloud platform for AI teams, with headquarters in Helsinki and offices in London and San Francisco.

What you will do

• Operate and continuously improve the consolidated three-statement model across legal entities and currencies.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts supporting liquidity and capacity planning.
• Build scenarios for European data center cluster deployments, contracted versus on-demand business, and financing structures.
• Analyze high-impact projects, including capital markets initiatives and fundraising strategy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual planning documents, reports, and narratives for executives and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a scale-up environment.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including experience building and maintaining three-statement models.
• Comfort working across multiple currencies and legal entities.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear narratives for executive and Board-level audiences.
• Strong analytical rigor and sound commercial judgment.
