European Equity Analyst

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office and one day working from home. The role includes travel across Europe for company meetings, conferences, and on-site research.

What you will do

• Conduct fundamental, bottom-up equity research and industry analysis across European small-cap companies.
• Generate investment ideas through independent research, market intelligence, internal collaboration, and engagement with company and industry contacts.
• Lead company meetings and document insights, risks, and key investment considerations.
• Build financial models, perform valuation analysis and due diligence, and present high-conviction recommendations.
• Prepare stock and sector review materials to support portfolio decisions and investment discussions.
• Travel across Europe for company meetings, conferences, and on-site research.

Requirements

• Experience in equity research, stock picking, or investment analysis, ideally focused on European equity markets.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a collaborative investment team.

Nice to have

• Experience analysing small-cap or mid-cap companies.
• Data analytics and artificial intelligence skills.
