Software Product Manager (Automation)

What you will do

• Represent the voice of the customer for UNICORN automation solutions and incorporate customer needs into product lifecycle strategy.
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies, including pricing, margin optimization, and product development recommendations.
• Collaborate with customers and commercial teams to keep UNICORN competitive.
• Work with software, automation, and digital teams across Cytiva operating companies on instrument control and automation software.
• Support commercial teams with product training, marketing materials, and sales tools.
• Own new product introductions and product retirement within the product segment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Professional experience in software product management, software product marketing, software sales, automation, or a related field.
• Strong business and technical acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work globally.
• Valid Swedish working permit required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a life sciences business.
• Knowledge of protein research and customer needs in this market.
