TL;DR
Finance Business Partner (Gaming): Supporting commercial and marketing teams through financial planning, performance management, profitability analysis, and management reporting with an accent on business partnering, commercial investments, and financial governance. Focus on building forecasts and dashboards, evaluating ROI, analyzing P&L and variances, and improving planning processes with SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and AI tools.
Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid schedule with attendance at the Madrid office twice per week. Open to internal applicants based in Madrid or within reasonable commuting distance.

What you will do
- Act as a finance partner for Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
- Lead budget, forecast, and flash planning activities with budget owners.
- Analyze financial performance, variances, P&L, profitability, risks, and business drivers.
- Evaluate ROI for commercial initiatives, marketing investments, promotions, and trade marketing activities.
- Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior management.
- Support commercial negotiations, business cases, audits, data quality, and process automation.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or Business Controlling.
- Experience in multinational environments and with SAP and Anaplan.
- Strong financial planning, forecasting, modelling, scenario analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessment skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Domo.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish is required.
Nice to have
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience using approved AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Cloud for analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
