Procurement & Project Management Specialist

Energy technology organization developing gas turbines, generators, digital service solutions, and decarbonization technologies for global power generation.

What you will do

• Lead complex procurement projects and strategic programs from scope definition through delivery.
• Coordinate Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, performance dashboards, risks, milestones, and leadership reporting.
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, supplier performance management, contract management, and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure materials and services are available on schedule while managing supply-chain risks, inventory requirements, and Material Requirements Planning.
• Use SAP, Power BI, and procurement data to identify trends and improve cost, efficiency, processes, and compliance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in procurement and project or program management within manufacturing, engineering, or a similarly technical environment.
• Experience independently managing complex projects and strategic programs, including budgets, financial performance, risks, milestones, and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Strong direct procurement and strategic sourcing expertise, including supplier selection, contract management, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong financial, analytical, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Power BI and experience using SAP in procurement or supply-chain operations.
• CPIM, CPSM, or another relevant professional certification.
