Systems Program Manager

Location: Scotts Valley, California, United States of America; no travel or relocation required.

Salary: $116,150–$182,400 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States of America candidates.

What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of product and program launches from concept through release.
• Define and manage program scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate product management, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate progress, maintain program documentation, and escalate challenges.
• Align development teams with business requirements and drive timely resolution of launch issues.
• Support post-launch reviews and standardize processes, tools, and templates for continuous improvement and greater launch efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product launch roles.
• Proven success managing cross-functional product or program launches in a large organization.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, including executive reporting and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project/program management certification.
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certification.
• Familiarity with hirify.global product development and launch processes.
