Focus on analyzing departmental trading, managing WSSI budgets, collaborating across stores and Farfetch, and mentoring an assistant merchandiser.
Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home.

What you will do
- Develop merchandising strategies and manage Open-to-Buy budgets in line with Browns' KPIs.
- Analyze weekly departmental performance, identify insights, and drive revenue through in-season trading.
- Own departmental WSSI budgets and forecasts, providing end-of-season views and mitigating sales or stock risks.
- Manage inventory intake, stock flow, assortment, and markdowns to achieve revenue, stock-turn, sell-through, and margin targets.
- Collaborate with store and teams to optimize the multi-channel product offering.
- Improve merchandising processes, support team upskilling, and mentor an assistant merchandiser.
Requirements
- Experience in a luxury, premium, or fast-paced multi-brand fashion retail environment.
- Experience managing a business area and independently executing strategies to achieve targets.
- Proven experience managing WSSI to forecast sales, stock levels, markdown impact, and margin.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling.
- Strong commercial, analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Proactive, accountable, autonomous, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
