What you will do
- Lead the EMEA merchandising and buying strategy across Owned Retail, Wholesale, and Franchise channels.
- Translate global brand and product strategies into localized assortments based on customer demand, climate, culture, market maturity, and channel needs.
- Own seasonal buying, inventory investment, in-season trading, replenishment, allocation, markdown, and exit strategies.
- Develop launch assortments and scalable merchandising frameworks for expansion into new EMEA markets.
- Represent EMEA customer and marketplace insights in global merchandising and product decisions.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional merchandising and buying organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in merchandising, buying, or commercial leadership within premium fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Significant experience across multiple international markets, preferably within EMEA.
- Experience supporting Retail, Wholesale, and Franchise business models in omnichannel environments.
- Advanced analytical skills in assortment planning, inventory management, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and merchandising or planning systems such as Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
