Production Assistant Intern (Game Development)

Location: Oslo, Norway, on-site. The internship runs from January to May 2027. Travel and accommodation must be arranged and paid for independently.

hirify.global is a game development company with more than 30 years of experience creating and publishing online worlds and games across four studios.

What you will do

• Support day-to-day task and workflow coordination across disciplines.
• Track progress and learn how production teams identify and communicate risks.
• Collaborate with artists, designers, programmers, and other disciplines to maintain alignment.
• Contribute to reviews, playtests, feedback sessions, and follow-up actions.
• Keep task information and production documentation clear and up to date.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program at an educational institution in Norway.
• Relevant fields include production, project management, business administration, game development, media, communication, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in game development and production.
• Clear communication skills in English are required.
• Organized, collaborative, adaptable, curious, and willing to learn from feedback.
• Available for an unpaid internship from January to May 2027 and able to work on-site in Oslo.

Nice to have

• Experience from group projects, student organizations, or other collaborative work.
• References or a recommendation letter from a teacher or school.
