Executive Producer (Game Development)

Location: Eugene, Oregon, United States; fully remote

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide executive oversight for full-development game projects from inception through launch and post-launch support.
• Define delivery strategy, governance, staffing plans, milestones, schedules, and project objectives.
• Lead relationships with publishers and development partners, including executive reviews, milestone discussions, and scope negotiations.
• Own project budgets, forecasts, utilization, burn rate, profitability, staffing recommendations, and financial reporting.
• Mentor Senior Producers and Project Managers while supporting staffing strategy, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Identify and mitigate schedule, staffing, technical, financial, and quality risks across Engineering, Art, Design, QA, Production, and support disciplines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional game development experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale game development programs.
• Multiple shipped console, PC, or live service titles.
• Strong financial and resource planning experience.
• Experience managing publisher or external development relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional team management skills.
