Senior Logistics Manager - Demand Planner

Location: Bogotá General Office, Bogotá, Colombia

What you will do

• Gather and analyze market and sales data to develop country-level demand forecasts.
• Apply statistical models and qualitative insights to improve forecast accuracy and identify risks and opportunities.
• Maintain product availability while reducing shortages, excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
• Optimize demand planning processes and identify efficiency and technology improvements.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, finance, logistics, warehousing, and transportation teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports while driving broader supply chain initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management roles.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• High proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Availability to work from the Bogotá General Office.
